At Audrey moorbrey, every jewellery piece is handled with the same care and intention from creation to delivery. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how your order is prepared, dispatched, and delivered, ensuring transparency, security, and peace of mind throughout the process.

Order Processing & Production Time 

All Audrey Moorbrey jewellery is handcrafted to order.

  • Production Time: Please allow 6 weeks for your bespoke pieces to be carefully crafted prior to dispatch. 

  • Once product is created it will be shipped within 7-10 days. 

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been completed and prepared for shipment

For bespoke or highly intricate designs, production times may vary slightly. Should this apply, we will contact you directly.

Shipping & Delivery

Once completed, your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched via a secure, insured delivery service.

  • All shipments are fully insured until delivery

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination

Audrey Moorbrey is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or courier disruptions beyond our control.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are guided by the courier and local delivery networks and therefore sit beyond the direct control of Audrey Moorbrey. Once your piece has been carefully prepared and dispatched, responsibility for its delivery rests with the appointed courier service.

Every order is sent via a secure, fully insured delivery method, with tracking details provided upon dispatch. While transit times may vary, we remain available to assist with tracking enquiries and to liaise with the courier where required.

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, parcels typically arrive within a short period once dispatched.

International Shipping & Customs

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer

  • Audrey Moorbrey is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations prior to placing an order.

Delivery Address & Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Audrey Moorbrey cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Once an order has been dispatched, shipping details cannot be amended

All parcels require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is delayed or lost in transit:

  • Please contact us immediately

  • We will work directly with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
